Warranty Coverage:

1.    Duration:

•    All Buser Frères watches come with a two-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

2.    What is Covered:

•    Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

•    Defects in the movement, hands, and dial.

3.    What is Not Covered:

•    Damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, or misuse.

•    Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case and crystal.

•    Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

•    Water damage if the crown is not properly secured.

4.    Warranty Claim Process:

•    To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@buserfreres.com or call us at +49 (0) 123 456 7890.

•    Provide proof of purchase, including the date and place of purchase.

•    Our team will guide you through the process of sending your watch to our service center for inspection and repair.

5.    Repair and Service:

•    If a defect covered by the warranty is found, we will repair or replace the watch at no additional cost.

•    For repairs not covered under the warranty, we offer a comprehensive repair service for a fee (starting at 30,00 € ). Our customer service team will provide a cost estimate before proceeding with any repairs.

Maintenance Tips:

•    Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures, magnetic fields or harsh chemicals.

•    Ensure the crown is securely pushed in or screwed down to maintain water resistance.
